This page explains how the free trial, cancellation and our 30-day money-back guarantee work for ZANE memberships bought at zane.team. All memberships are billed through Stripe.

Free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free. You enter your payment details when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. Right after you sign up, Stripe emails you the exact date your trial ends. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing.

How to cancel

Log in at app.zane.team/profile and cancel your membership there. You don’t have to call anyone. You can also email support@zane.team.

• Monthly plan ($24 a month): cancel anytime. Your membership ends at the end of the month you have already paid for.
• 12 months, paid once ($144): if you cancel, your membership does not renew. You keep access until the end of the 12 months you have paid for.
• 12 months, paid monthly ($14 a month): once the free trial is over, you commit to 12 monthly payments. If you cancel, your membership ends at the end of that 12-month term.

You keep full access until your membership ends.

30-day money-back guarantee

Give your habits a real try. If you’ve checked off all your habits every day for 30 days and ZANE isn’t working for you, we’ll refund your first payment.

• Request your refund within 30 days of your first payment by emailing support@zane.team from the email address of your account.
• We check your habit history in the app, refund your first payment to your original payment method (usually within 5 to 10 business days) and end your membership.
• This includes the 12-month plans. With the refund, your membership ends and no further payments are charged.
• No forms, and we won’t ask you to explain.
• The guarantee covers the first payment of your first ZANE membership, once per person.

Other refunds

Outside the free trial and the money-back guarantee, payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. See our Terms of Usage for the full terms of your membership.
