When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the services.
All intellectual property rights in the services and all materials provided through the services are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Usage.
The content and services provided by ZANE Corp., including but not limited to health, fitness, and nutritional information, are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our site.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, we advise you to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. You assume full responsibility for using the information on this website and our services, and you understand and agree that ZANE Corp. and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage resulting from its use by you or any user.
Access to certain parts of our services is conditioned on your registration and payment of a subscription fee. By subscribing, you agree to become a member and to pay the applicable fees as set forth on our services. All fees are charged in advance of the period to which they apply and are non-refundable, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee (section 8b) or where required by applicable law.
We currently offer three plans: an annual plan billed once a year, an annual plan billed monthly over a fixed term of twelve months, and a monthly plan with no minimum term. The applicable price, billing interval and term are shown before you complete your purchase.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your membership. You may cancel at any time in your member area at app.zane.team/profile. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that date. If you are on the annual plan billed monthly, you commit to a term of twelve months, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of that term.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Usage, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
Every plan starts with a free trial of seven days. We collect your payment details when you sign up, but we do not charge you during the trial period.
If you cancel before the eighth day, you pay nothing. You can cancel in your member area at app.zane.team/profile or by emailing support@zane.team.
When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the price shown at sign-up, and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. We notify you by email before the trial ends. After the trial has ended, payments are non-refundable, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee (section 8b) or where required by applicable law.
If you have checked off all habits on your list in the ZANE app every day for 30 days and ZANE isn’t working for you, we refund your first payment. Request the refund within 30 days of your first payment by emailing support@zane.team from the email address of your account. We review your request against your habit history in the app, refund your first payment to your original payment method and end your subscription. This also applies to the annual plan billed monthly: with the refund, the twelve-month term ends and no further payments are charged. Under no circumstances will ZANE Corp. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services or services procured using the services, or statements or conduct of any third party on the services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZANE Corp. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
